Registration fee includes: attendance to Technical Sessions, admission to the Welcome Reception, conference documentation, access to the Exhibition, lunches from Monday 1st July to Wednesday 3rd and daily refreshments.
 
Accompanying Person Registration fee includes: admission to the Welcome Reception on June 30th, afternoon tour Imperial Rome on July 1st and afternoon tour Baroque Magnificence on July 3rd

 

Visa

pdfVisa can be requested downloading the attached form to be sent by e-mail together with copy of the passport to [email protected] within June 18th.

Please note that the Congress secretariat cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on behalf of participants, so, please, begin your visa application process as soon as you decide to attend the XXVIEURO Conference. Please apply at the Italian consulate and visit www.esteri.it/visti for further information.

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
Participants who choose to pay by credit card will be requested to enter their full credit card data in the online registration form.

Important:
  • Participants who choose to pay by bank transfer are requested to upload a copy of the bank transfer in PDF or JPG format within 48hrs of forwarding the form.
  • Registration will not be valid until full payment has been received.
  • All charges related to the payment must be covered by participants.
  • The title of the congress: EURO 2013 Conference and the participant’s family and first name must be clearly indicated on the bank transfer.

Confirmation

A notification e-mail will be sent from the Organising Secretariat upon receipt of your registration request.
Within 5 days from receipt of the registration form and relevant payment, the Organising Secretariat will issue and forward a confirmation letter by e-mail.
The relevant invoice will be sent by the Organising Secretariat in due course.
Forms without proof of payment sent as indicated will not be taken into consideration.

 

Cancellation Policy and Refund

Cancellations, if any, must be provided in writing at [email protected] and are liable to the following penalties.

Up to April 15, 2013 full refund less handling fee of euro 80,00
From April 16, 2013 no refund

Refunds will be handled within 30 days after the Conference.
